Staff had to search several systems to find one account's documents. Some of those systems were retired, and many files had no label or account link.

- Built a custom intranet site over about ten document stores, millions of records in all.
- Linked documents by account number or any other primary key, so one search finds everything.
- Labelled untyped files with rules first and AI for the rest.
- Logged every search and download. Staff sign in with their existing Windows login.
