We automate legal and collections data work and get executives the numbers they need.

We work with lenders, debt buyers, servicers and collection law firms. AI handles law-firm files and people review the exceptions. If your old system is holding you back, we convert the data or build a reporting database on top of it.

Who we work with

Lenders

Auto, consumer and installment lenders on an old or expensive servicing system.

Debt buyers

Buyers that board portfolios, place accounts and report to investors.

Servicers

Servicing transfers, backup servicer files and client reporting.

Collection law firms

Status reports, invoices and document requests without rekeying.

Services

Legal and collections automation

AI imports law-firm status reports, invoices and vendor files. People review only the exceptions.

Executive and lender reporting

Reports and dashboards that refresh on a schedule and tie to the ledger.

Data conversions

Move loans and accounts off an old servicing or collection system with balances and payment history intact.

Reporting database on your current system

Keep the system you have and add a SQL Server reporting database on top of it.

Servicing transfers and portfolio boarding

Transfers in and out, and purchased portfolios checked before they load.

AI-ready data

Servicing data cleaned and organized in one place, so AI tools, reports and automations can use it.

More about us

Working with us

How do you handle our data?

We prefer your data to stay with you, inside your own environment. If you need it, we can set up SQL servers, hardware, or virtual or cloud servers to fit. Many clients keep their data in-house today, and we build around that. We work on a copy or in staging first, and nothing changes in production without your sign-off.

How long does a project take?

Anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on the size of the job. AI speeds up much of the work. After the first call, we send you an estimate.

How do you price?

Hourly, per project, or on a monthly retainer. Retainers cover ongoing support and regular check-ins, monthly or quarterly. We quote upfront and are open about what things cost. The first call and consultation are free.

You're two people. What about capacity and backup?

When a project needs more hands, we bring in contractors we've worked with for years, including DevOps, full-stack developers and data engineers. Our mappings, rules and runbooks are written down in your environment, so the work doesn't depend on one person.

Do we have to replace our system?

No. We work with any data structure, as long as we can get to the database in some form. We can build a reporting database on top of the system you have, with reports your front-end system can't produce. If a conversion makes more sense, we'll say so.

What do you need from us?

Access to the data or exports, someone who knows the operations, and the specs for any new system.
